PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia (Sompo Indonesia) is a new registered name for PT Asuransi Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Indonesia and effectively used from April 1st, 2016. This changing is in line with our Group new growth strategy to implement philosophy of "Providing customer with services of the highest quality to contribute to their security, health, and wellbeing."
Previously, the company is formed following the merger of each parent company through the management integration of Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. and Nipponkoa Insurance Co. Ltd. Both existing company, PT Asuransi Nipponkoa Indonesia and Sompo Japan Insurance Indonesia, each has more than 40 years long history in Indonesia insurance market.
PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia is also a member of Sompo Holdings.With the overarching strategic target of becoming one of the leading general insurance companies in Indonesia, our company will aim for sustainable growth and contribution to a sustainable society. With our new financial strength, abundant experiences and very long history, Sompo Indonesia will always keep commited to deliver maximum solution, protection and service to all customers.
