Ristorante ALBA is nurtured by Chef Roberto Fiorini, who is well-known because of his vast experience, more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked with various well-known chefs from around the world such as Mauro Uliassi (3 Michelin Star Restaurant), ordon Ramsay (The Aubergine Restaurant 2 Michelin Stars), Ferran Adria and Luis Andoni from Spain, and previously worked as a private chef for King Salman of Saudi Arabia.
