Social Innovation Acceleration Program (SIAP) is a learning platform for both aspiring social entrepreneurs and fledgling social business founders to accelerate impact through their impact-driven businesses or social startup ideas.

Our Mission is to become a launchpad for social enterprises and work with them to create long-term sustainable impact and solve some of the country's most pressing economic and social issues.

We believe that everyone can have meaningful contributions. With our agile structure, we avoid a bureaucratic and hierarchical chain of command. We work based on collaboration and cooperation where everyone can take ownership of individual projects and tasks while receiving support and feedback from another team member. 

Until further notice, we are working remotely. With strong commitment, communication and trust within our tribe; you can work from everywhere, with the authority and flexibility to work on your own time and pace (we will have weekly alignments and occasional standup meetings to check in with everyone!). 

We expect you to prioritize and fulfil your responsibilities, but you are also welcome to pursue your hobbies, spend time with your family, hang out with friends, and do other stuff that you are passionate about. We hope that you can have a more meaningful and purposeful life by working at SIAP.
