PT Actavis Indonesia is part of Actavis Generics, a global pharmaceutical company focused on developing, manufacturing and commercializing branded pharmaceuticals, generic and over-the-counter medicines, and biologic products. In July 2015, Allergan, Plc announced it would sell the Generics division of the company (Actavis Generics) to Teva Pharmaceuticals for $40.5 billion, the transaction was completed in the beginning of August 2016.
Our portfolio is the best-in-class products that provide valuable treatments for the central nervous system, gastroenterology, women's health, cardiovascular, oncology and anti-infective therapeutic categories, and operates the biggest global generics business, providing patients around the globe with increased access to affordable, high-quality medicines in approximately 80 countries.
