ATLAS ADJUSTING - Alliance of Technical Loss Adjusting Services, a newly setup adjusting Company was formed towards the end of 2016 with the aim to supply high quality loss adjusting and other claims related professional services to the Indonesian insurance industry. It is imperative for ATLAS to develop and understanding each of their business or personal circumstances to enable a tailored and sensitive approach is adopted to provide high quality loss adjusting services to all our clients. The most important factor in determining quality of services is our  staffs  range  of  expertise  suited  for  each  claim assigned to us. Our team of adjusters brings together a wealth combined loss adjusting experience exceeding 100 years.

We stand by our belief that the traditional loss adjusting approach should not be entirely foregone and we strive to deliver good and prompt services to our clients with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. We only employ adjusters of  the highest quality and integrity. Most of our adjusting personnel holds various insurance qualifications. At ATLAS ADJUSTING, we understand the importance of providing insurance qualification to our staff as part of self-development in addition to ensure they deliver prompt and quality services at all time to all our clients. Some of our adjusters have been regularly exposed to handling CAT claims throughout  the  world  in addition to having hand experience in dealing and setting claims for  various overseas  based  insurance  and  reinsurance companies.

ATLAS ADJUSTING hope to be a fore runner in developing a team of qualified chartered adjusters for the near future, in particular to groom the first CILA chartered loss adjuster from Indonesia. We recognize that the basis of the relationship between the adjuster and our client is that of a partnership built on trust and a desire for equality of benefit. Transparency and openness are essential  pre-requisites  of  such  a  partnership  and  ATLAS ADJUSTING, despite being a new set up will strive to achieve    these.

We aim to provide accurate reports and without overlooking the importance of setting claims in an amicable and expeditious manner. We also endeavor to manage the expectation of all parties involved in the claims process with proper claim communication. We employed a dedicated group of specialized multi-disciplined adjusters who are widely recognized for their range of expertise in the Indonesian insurance market.
