Establishment of TTNI Indonesia, as joint venture between TTNI-Asia Pte. Ltd. and PT. Toyota Tsusho Indonesia, with total employee 18 persons. The main business is Application Development and Computer Networking.

2012

April 2012 is the establishment of TTNI Indonesia 24 hours Help Desk Team which gives support to Toyota Global Network (TGN), Toyota Tsusho Global Network (TTGN) and Toyota Group Affiliates in Asia Pacific.

2013

Reorganization of the company to include Bussiness Support Div, System Integration Div, Application Div, and BR Indonesia Hub Div as well as GA & HR Div.
Capital increase by the involvement of Toyota Tsusho Corp., so the shareholders become Toyota Tsusho Corp., TTNI Asia Pte. Ltd., and PT. Toyota Tsusho Indonesia.
