PT Lotte Land Modern Realty is a joint venture of the company PT. Modernland Realty Tbk and Lotte Engineering & Construction (Lotte E&C). PT Lotte Land Modern Realty will develop a mixed use project in the Jakarta Garden City (370Ha) township area in East Jakarta. The development of the mixed use project is part of the master plan to make Jakarta Garden City an international city that has good accessibility, complete facilities and great potential. The cooperation project will consist of 7 towers (32 floors) of apartments which encompass 3,310 units with sizes ranging from 30 m2, as well as 64 units of shop houses (3 floors).
