Our Story
Our story began in 1998. Back then we were individual housing developer that starting with first housing complex project near DPRD Karanganyar. In 2002 we created a company (CV. Budi Luhur) and decided to became contractor for many government projects, these projects including road, irigation, housing complex, and office building. We build our second housing complex project in 2005. In 2017 we build our 3rd housing complex in Jaten.
We see that the demand for subsidized house in Soloraya is very big and the supply is still below the demand. We decide to also build subsidized housing complex in Soloraya and for that purpose we create PT. Cahaya Solo Indonesia. But the goal of the Company is not just about that because we don't want to limit our journey with the Company.
