The scope of operation and maintenance services for coal port facilities of PT. KEPID are:
1. Coal shipment scheduling.
2. Arrange the coal stacking place (received from the customer and the arrangement of coal storage in the pile.
3. Manage the process of shipping coal.
4 Maintain coal piles and all supporting facilities.
5 Operation and maintenance of the loading and unloading process on conveyor belts and all supporting facilities, including the supply of spare parts.
6 Operation and maintenance of heavy equipment and all supporting facilities, including the provision of spare parts.
7 Regulating environmental influences according to AMDAL/RKL and UPL.
8 Other obligations related to requirements from consumers related to coal port activities and business maintenance
